In his role, Bill is accountable for providing strategic direction and decision making for the US Market Access Consulting Team. He is responsible for driving financial success and applying subject area expertise to ensure external reputation for sector leadership in Integrated Market Access and Evidence Strategy. As part of the senior leadership team, Bill works closely with other business leaders to advance the position of Evidera in the market and support the achievement of corporate goals.

Bill has been an executive leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, business insights, commercial operations, and advanced analytics that drive business growth in the pharmaceutical industry. He has proven success leading the utilization of data, analysis, technologies, strategies, and teams to reveal unprecedented insight into the evolving market access healthcare market and shape successful strategy. Bill is also a pioneer of innovative pharmaceutical commercial models and a leader of business-critical projects.

Prior to joining Evidera, Bill was Senior Vice President Healthcare Consulting for IPSOS/GfK, where he directed strategy and development for key healthcare accounts, focusing on market access, brand strategy, market research, and HEOR engagements.  Before joining IPSOS/GFK, Bill was Director of Business Development for Navigant, where he identified and sold innovative strategy projects to provide insight into the implications of healthcare market changes to Life Science companies and identified commercial opportunities. He was also responsible for growing the Life Sciences Practice in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industry, advising clients’ senior executives to optimize commercial opportunities. Prior to Navigant, Bill was Vice President, Custom Marketing Research at Nielsen Bases / @Futures where he developed and delivered customized analytics solutions, consulting on issues in pharmaceutical market environments, competitive dynamics, and marketing strategy. Bill also held various roles of increasing responsibility at Novartis Pharmaceuticals where he headed the Business Opportunity Assessment for Innovative Commercial Models. In that role, Bill identified healthcare market leading indicators while guiding senior executives and participating in the development of next-generation commercial models, reporting to the CEO.

Bill has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the IUP University and a Master’s from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business University of Pittsburgh.
