Robin provides senior leadership oversight for REMS projects and has managed risk management and REMS programs for over a decade, including all of the REMS projects since 2011 (more than two dozen REMS in that timeframe). This experience includes risk management and REMS programs in rare diseases, such as cystic fibrosis and myelodysplastic syndrome, and cardiovascular indications, such as thrombocytopenia and heart failure. She works with clients to ensure that the design and implementation of REMS solutions are in line with the goals of their programs and the product commercialization through the use of appropriate resources and expertise.
Her ability to guide programs and interact with clients ensures that high-quality services, deliverables and budgets are achieved. Robin was an original member of the iPLEDGE program launch team serving as the account director for the iPLEDGE Contact and Triage Center where she was responsible for the operations of thousands of monthly calls handled by the contact center.
Prior to joining the CRO industry, she was the vice president of Cystic Fibrosis Services, a nationwide specialty pharmacy with three locations across the US servicing the needs of patients with cystic fibrosis. Robin has a bachelor’s degree in business from Washington Adventist University in Takoma Park, Maryland.
