The Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society™ (WOCN®) 50th Annual Conference will be at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA June 6-9. The WOCN 50th Annual Conference goals include:

  1. Disseminate research and evidence-based knowledge of the latest techniques, applications, technologies, and treatments related to wound, ostomy, and continence issues to impact patient outcomes.
  2. Encourage networking with colleagues to foster an integrated community of health care providers to improve outcomes for persons with wound, ostomy, and continence issues.
  3. Strengthen the leadership role of the WOC nurse through education, advocacy, research, marketing, and legislation.
  4. Generate awareness of the global health issues influencing the patient, family and care provider(s) across the healthcare continuum.
