Aditya Sardesai
Aditya’s responsibilities at Evidera include assisting in the development of economic models, budget impact models, and performing literature reviews and data extractions. Prior to joining Evidera, Aditya interned with multiple operations research departments applying various modeling methods (discrete event simulation, agent-based modeling, Monte Carlo simulations) to develop models aimed at understanding and improving the performance of complex systems. His programming skills range from Excel-based spreadsheet models (Visual Basic for Applications) to more advanced implementations in JAVA, SQL, Arena, and Anylogic. Aditya received his bachelor’s of science degree in industrial engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering in India and his master’s of science degree in industrial engineering from Clemson University, specializing in operations research and optimization.
